We remember when we purchased our first hosting package in 2000 and based the decision purely on price - what a mistake! Since then we discovered the things that hosts must deliver to make it a win/win situation. One of the biggest things is support - believe it or not some hosts today still don't deliver here. Our goal with this review site is to provide the consumer with objective reviews and ratings so that you can make the right decision.

Most people are looking for a basic hosting plan for a personal or business site - and the plans we list here cover those needs. In the near future we'll have a complete section for dedicated server needs - you won't need this for just starting out, but once your site gets 10,000 visitors per day it's time to upgrade to a dedicated server.

Moving Hosts

You can easily change your webhost provider whenever you want - don't let someone tell you otherwise. If your current webhost gives you cPanel and the new webhost has it as well, then moving is a breeze. In fact - most webhosts will even help you move for FREE!
